Ellen has starred in four TV Series and in three of them she had main characters and starred in several episodes. Adding to her list of 'other projects' is a short film made in the 2008 Oscars buzz and other big stars appears in it as well.

TV Series
ReGenesis
Starring as Lilith Sandstrom in 8 episodes in 2004 was one of the roles Ellen is most known, for her fans. The series revolves around the scientists of NorBAC, a fictional organisation with a lab based in Toronto. And it's about how the NorBAC deals with issues throughout Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

Trailer Park Boys
During the series first two seasons in 2001 and 2002, Ellen appeared in 5 episodes as Treena Lahey. Unfortunately Ellen's scenes were deleted in one of the episodes. The series is still airing and is an award winning and popular show. The plot of the story is some guys in a trailer park and their lives in Nova Scotia, Canada and that's pretty much all there is.

Rideau Hall
Ellen appeared in the series in only one episode and her character was named Helene. It's unknown which episode she starred in and not much is known about the series in general. But it's supposed to be about a newly elected PRime Minister in Canada who conspires to destroy the monarchist institutions in the country.

Pit Pony
In 1997 Ellen starred in the movie Pit Pony which was about a young orphan boy and him growing up in Nova Scotia, Canada. Ellen starred as Maggie Maclean in the film and that character got to be the main one in the TV Series made in 1999, based on the movie. Both the movie and TV Series are realeased on DVD and they were the first acting jobs Ellen had.

Breaking Through
Eight actors talks about which movies and actors who made a big impact on them. Ellen tells us she remembers seeing Jurassic Park and that the movie scared her a lot and that she thought Laura Dern was really cool in it. And she also tells us how much the Canadian actress Molly Parker inspired her. The other actors sharing their memories are James McAvoy, Paul Dano, Marion Cotillard, Casey Affleck, Jim Sturgess, Amy Ryan and Josh Brolin. The short film was produced by Jake Paltrow and it was made in 2008 for the magazine 'The New York Times'.
