Ellen Page signs with Endeavor

  Jul   4, 2008

Ellen Page has signed with Endeavor.

The actress had been repped by WMA, which guided her into her Oscar-nominated role in “Juno.”

She continues to be managed by Kelly Bush through Vie Entertainment. Bush shifted from being Page’s publicist to her manager several months ago. Page’s press is now handled by other publicists at ID, with Bush overseeing. Her attorney is Kevin Yorn.

Page made the move as she’s prepping to star in the roller derby pic “Whip It,” which Drew Barrymore will direct in July for Mandate. The 21-year-old actresses just wrapped the Michael Lander-directed “Peacock,” also for Mandate.

Ellen tries to help Burma

  May   4, 2008

Ellen is some charity work to help the people in Burma and I personally think it’s great that she cares so much. her video hasn’t been posted at the net yet but as soon as it is, we will post it here. Also read one more article here!

Will Ferrell, Jennifer Aniston and Halifax’s Ellen Page are among those lending their celebrity status to a new campaign focusing attention on Burma’s military-run government.

Jim Carrey previously filmed a public service announcement to raise awareness about the Southeast Asian country and human-rights leader Aung San Suu Kyi, who has been confined by the government for 12 of the last 18 years.

But as of yesterday the message will be on a much larger scale with a video released each day in May, starring Ferrell, Aniston, Sarah Silverman, Sylvester Stallone, Anjelica Huston, Woody Harrelson, Judd Apatow and Page, among others, on behalf of the Human Rights Action Centre and the U.S. Campaign for Burma.
