The Ellen Pages was started by long time friends Jennifer and Maria in February 24, 2008. We were both looking for a new project to work on together and Maria had been a fan of Ellen's since Hard Candy and after being introduced to some of Ellen's work was Jennifer an admirer as well.Both of us thinks Ellen is a fresh air in Hollywood, with her original style and that she doesn't care about being over-dramaticly 'feminine' like everyone else. She dares to be the one she really is and isn't afraid to speak her mind!
The site is an unofficial fansite dedicated to the wonderful Canadian actress Ellen Page. Born in Stockholm, Sweden and I'm still living here but I'm dreaming about moving to the countryside so I can have my own zoo with all kinds of homeless animals. I live together with my boyfriend Emil and our Spanish ex-stray dog Oliver in a very small apartment. I'm currently studying and I hope that I one day will get to study to become a veterinary but I'm also looking into doing short educations such as dog training and office administrator.
Been an admiror of Ellen and her work since I saw Hard Candy in 2006/2007 and was close to open a site for her back then, but I didn't have enough time. But I have been collecting on magazines and movies with Ellen ever since. I think she's so wonderful and such a talented young actress and probably the one in the movie business that I have the most in common with. We share a common obsession with Patti Smith and Ellen always seem to impress me with her choices of films and her interesting interviews. I'm so happy that she gets the attention she deserves!

I currently live in Ontario, Canada and I have dreams to live somewhere else in the world sometime in my life. My most adored friend is my beloved cat which gives me my company every day. I'm a big fan of movies in general and I watch several each week and Ellen has come to be one of my big favorites in the business. I'm currently studying but I haven't come up with what I want to work with yet, but I guess time will tell.
I only first saw Ellen Page in the movie Juno and I really liked the movie and thought that she was a great actress. Since seeing Juno I have watched more of Ellen's movies and it has made me appreciate her as an actress even more. I also am proud of her because she is a canadian actress and I am canadian as well and she still lives in Canada even though she is now becoming a famous actress.
